Grandma Hill’s French Bread

2 T dry yeast
1 c warm water
2 T sugar
3 c warm water
2 T marg
1 T salt
9 c flour (may need more)

Mix all ingredients together, stir every 10 min for 5 times (Cut through dough with knife or spoon). After 5th time, put on floured surface, divide into 3 sections (bread tin size). Let rest for 10 min, shape into loaves. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake 400º for 30 min.
