Wheat Bread

In bread mixer combine:

5 c warm water
2 T salt
3 T yeast
2/3 c oil
2/3 c honey
Fresh ground wheat
Add enough white flour so the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.
Mix for 7 minutes. Cover with clean cup towel and let rise for 30 minutes. Punch down (may let rise for another 30 minutes), then roll out into loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Cover with clean cup towel and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 30 minutes. When done, remove bread from pans and let cool before covering w/ saran wrap or gallon size bag. Makes 4 loaves.
