Zucchini Nut Bread

1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c salad oil
2 c zucchini, grated
3 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
½ c chopped nuts

Combine sugars, oil, & eggs. Add zucchini & vanilla. Mix in sifted dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased & lightly floured loaf tins. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves. Excellent with cream cheese frosting!
